We aim to get your purchases to you as quickly as possible. Once you place an order, it typically takes 2-4 business days to process it. After processing, delivery usually takes 3-6 weeks from shipment, while expedited shipping options can have your order delivered within 12-18 business days. Please note that delivery times may vary depending on customs situations, weather conditions, and other unforeseen circumstances.

If a pre-order item is delayed, we will notify you with the new expected shipping date when possible. However, we are not liable to give fixed dates & complains regarding delivery dates will not be accepted. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

Order requires 50% advance payment, through Bkash, Nagad & Banking channels. Under special consideration the amount may be lowered for existing customers.
